As the challenges of parents with multiples are different for parents with singletons, I will chat about strategies that will help parents move through these unique experiences. Parents of one can take their child to swimming lessons, yoga class and provide uninterrupted attention to attend to all of that child’s needs. Parents of multiples, unless they are able to hire full-time support, have to skip out on the mommy-classes that many cite are sanity-savers, fight for a moment of alone time, and leave a crying child to attend to the other. Many parents have said they feel they are continually in a state of, “hitting the ground running.”

Preparation and systems—knowing how to find time to recharge, regroup and attend to two or more children in need—are the key to thriving with multiples. In an entertaining way, I will provide the audience with practical methods to getting out of a frantic mode, and into a more confident one.
